Portals are assigned a "hardness"
or difficulty rating from 1 to 9,
where 1 is slightly hard and 9 is
nearly impossible. As difficulty is
mainly a personal opinion you will
eventually be able to rate each
portal, thus making the hardness
rating an average of users
opinions.

Here are some suggestions for assigning a difficulty rating to a portal.
1 - Can not be car-gressed.
2 - Daytime only
3 - Hike (1 mile or less)
4 - Hike (1 to 3 miles)
5 - Hike (over 3 miles or 1,000 ft vertical)
6 - Behind locked gate, military installation, airport secure area. etc.
7 - Seasonal, snowbound
8 - Zero Cell - BGAN Only
9 - Impossible (Requires airgress)
